Why Wont You Get Back To Me

ADT have been sending me messages saying my accounts are overdue, when i can get a call center agent to contact me they say all account have been paid by EFT but then i get another SMS saying my service will be suspended. <br> <br> Im not paying another bill until you get someone to confirm this is sorted out, even after i have sent the proof of payments to you. Why will no one ever call me back after the first call!! <br> <br> Why should i trust my security to a company who cant even return a phone call!
