Why hide behine your switchboard

<p>Why are the Management of ADT hiding behind their call center and switchboard!!! If you call ADT to sort out even the most minor of issues you just can't get to a manager. ADT installed an alarm system at our offices, and it just keeps going OFF, They came to fix it at OUR COST and it still just keeps going OFF. Now, if you would like them to fix their work. Guess what you must PAY AGAIN!! But dont try a call to get someone to explain WHY because you won't get anyone. I chalange Stuart Clarkson to follow this up!!</p>
