White collar *********

I called ADT because of a deduction on my account that was twice the service fee they should have deducted. When I phoned them the person explained that it was a yearly radio license fee. I ten remember the screaming match I had with them a year earlier about the same thing, and the fee reduction that did not happen. This time around again I was told they will reduce my service fee and what happened at month end, my service fee went up. I called to find out what happened, just to be told they can see my fee should have reduced and was never adjusted. I received a reference no and was told the accounts department will contact me the next day. I am still waiting, and at month end the increased fee was deducted from my account. I'm just wonder if this could be a white collar crime as you are *****ing my money???? Use it, don't use it...
