When your security company truens out to be the biggest *******.......................

Its absolutely shocking when a Company like ADT messes up on five occasions with an alarm installation. They then confirm all is fixed and say sorry they have changed the installation at their own cost and passed on a discount in premium as an aplology. A while later the premises is ****** and the alarm malfunctions resulting in loss of goods. ADT admit liability and give me their insurance details to lodge a claim. After weeks and weeks the claim is eventially approved. Gues what?? Claim approved, less the discounts they gave (as an apology), less call out fees for the times they came out to fix their messy installations, less other ridiculous costs amounting to 50% of the claim. When this is questioned, you are told its not negotiable. It makes one wonder of Mr Bartman even exists, as throughout this whole ordeal from the 1st inatallation i have requested a meeting with him, yet he is never available to be seen. One so called senior staff member even laughed saying i will NEVER be able to spek to the CEO. He nneds to know whats happening in the company
