When Will This Be Sorted

I do not have an ADT alarm at my house. In December officers came to my house and said an alarm was activated, I told them I don't have an alarm and I reported this to ADT. The officers came again in February and again about two weeks ago, the guy who was there last week was very aggressive asking me what the password is and I told him I didn't know what he was talking about. He had his hand on his gun and you could see he was ready to use it. I feel my and my family's lives are under threat from ADT security officers because I don't know what will happen next time they come to my house. Can you get this sorted out please if not I will have to go and open a case at the police station and report this case to the SASA.
