When talking to the right people.

It has been almost a month since a contract installer for ADT security, related to my business alarm sat in front of me promised me the world for my home security. Needless to say all of this went completely wrong for over 3 weeks and around 12 hours of people in and out of my house to "fix" it. But I will address that in another review. This was the catalyst for what ended up with me writing on their Facebook page some comments to discourage people from using their service as I was completely fed up to have to constantly call and ask what is going on. I received a call from Charnel Hattingh who after listening to my troubles immediately got Mr. Rob Dale involved. By the next morning I had numerous calls and by that afternoon (at my convenience) I had 3 people in my house ready to sort out, replaced a faulty panel. I now had a working system although it still needed some tweaks. Friday night was another failure. Needless to say by 9am the next morning I had Willie Meintjies who was on top of everything since the previous day organizing things. Robert Nkwanya arrived at around 10 am and started assesment. Got the information thru and started work. They had to wait for stores to open and by 2pm Ashlee Jurakan got there with a new system. they spent time until 6 pm but ensured that the system was complete, working and to their standards Ashlee even got a critical component from a local technician when he thought that the one he had was not to standard. During this entire process I had Willie on the phone keeping me informed of the processes. Since Saturday I had calls from him to inquire about any issues that might have arisen. In this review I would like to thank each and every one named as well as the people in the background who assisted them.
