When is adt going to stop ripping of people!!!

I'm with adt for over a year and I cannot express enough how I regret signing 2 contracts with them. Besides my numerous issues with them at pmb branch, the latest issue is about 2 weeks ago my alarm went off and armed response arrived 45 min later despite me using my ambush code! Furthermore the guardcell which was apparently changed due to malfunction 2weeks prior was not working! And that's not all, I happened to find out that my remote panics don't work either! Adt is disgusting, their pmb reception staff is pathetic with rotten attitudes! I've even sent emails to adt but no response! Rakesh supposedly attended to my issues the last time regarding the guard cell!! I really am sick of ur debiting me every month and providing bad service like this! I want adt to remove both alarm systems and stick it as there are many other security services who care about lives!
