WHAT IF !!!

<p>On the 10th June 2016 around 20hoo/21h00 I had a activation on my alarm, ATD control room contacted me whereby I informed the controller to please send out the armed response vehicle as my alarm keep on activate at the back beam. After a laps of time of about 15-20 minutes (we could have been dead by then) a vehicle stopped infront of my gate and i notices that it was EPR Security. I could see that the security guard was standing at the gate. I had do go out and see what he wanted as he did not have a key to enter my premises. The EPR Security told me that he is responding to ADT`s call as they have no vehicle available to respond. My question to ADT is for what do I pay you then? if another armed respond company must respond, and what if someone was there? then my life would have been in danger and my family , EPR do not have a key to enter my premises and EPR is not my Security company. If this is your way of looking after your clients I do not need you then. I get the chills if i think WHAT IF!!!</p>
