What are the monthly subscriptions for ?

This complaint is short of 3 years in the making. I supposedly had a super security system installed ... cameras and beams. have called numerous times to have the camera's wired up , nevermind the times I had to report false alarms and batteries. My alarm goes off at odd hours, I am called and then charged for too many callouts, as well as being charged for the technical callouts. 2 technicians have removed the batteries from a few of my beams and have never returned with replacements. 3 technicians have come out , looked at the cameras and have never returned to connect them. A waste of effort and lots of sleep interruptions.
