what a disaster 4 months and still no luck

September last year I joined adt to secure my property. I have this system in my house but is of no use. If I used it 10 times in the 4 months it is a lot. The times I had them in my house to fix the alarm system that randomly goes off them trying to fix the problem well more than 15 times in the 4 months. I need an alarm system that works for me with panic buttons that can be used when necessary. They de activated all panic alarms that was the last I saw them. They were suppose to come back and replace a part of the control board that was faulty well without any success. I paid 4 months hard earned money plus an admin fee in December for something that I never had and could not use. My security and my childrens security is very important to me. But apparently not important to ADT. When I send them an email telling them that I am cancelling my contract with them I received an automatic response. One week later I received an email telling me that they tried to get hold of me and I have to phone them back. No come on is this how it works? I need a security company that is willing to secure my house and give me peace off mind. How difficult can it be?
