What a bunch of clown at a useless circus

Alarm was struck by lightning last week saturday.I called the sunday to have it fixed.This was aranged for Tuesday the 23rd of jan 2016. ADT never pitched and i was only advised the guys were busy when i called on wednesday to find out what happened. Bear in mind its 3 days without an alarm as the system was down. TEK then came and advised the transformer is blown but zone 1 is fine regardless it not wanting to show the door is closed. But they cant fix the transformer cause adt will the next day.That being thursday. I told ADT countless times thursday will not work for me but never the less thursday the circus pulled into my yard. Replaced the transformer and sed zone 1 is blown at the board. He then just bypassed the zone to zone 5 and left. So he expects me to believe this is how you fix a warranty product. Disgusted. Now on friday after thousands of phone calls i was told that im making demands and they have other clients to attend to. But my argument is that you did n **** repair and now i have to wait my turn in the que again to be helped.your co-ordinator is rude. Even TEK ses you passing buck! Please come and take your alarm out my house. Im done with this manure.
