We Got ****** Due to Lack of Response

Power was down in the area on Sunday so when we got notified that our alarm battery was low. We called ADT to inform tham and ask them to check the building every 30mins, and were told it was fine and they would make sure it would be followed through.<br> We were broken into a few hours later we were broken into and we had not one Sunday notice ( they leave them in the post box ) that they had come during the spefified period ie. after the call. If they had come at all over the next 18 hours they would of seen our electric fencing was cut and notief ourselves or the police of a break in.<br> Also, the Manager who arrived onsite after we called them and the police the next morning when we discovered our business premises was broken into, did not introduce himself and refuses to give us his name. When he called our Office Manager he once again wouldnt give his name or a contact number and said to deal with Nicolas or ivan. Obviously passing the buck! Shocking lack of service - no idea why we are paying for this NON-SERVICE. <br> We have R100 000.00 worth of IT equipment ****** and two days were staff can't work.<br> I have already informed by Office Manager to look for another security firm.
