Waiting for over a year on billing error refund!

<p>Despite monthly follow ups there has been no response or action taken to refunding the credit balance on my account due to me making eft payment with ADT also putting through a debit order!!</p> <p>Absolute disregard to do anything about this. I have since closed this account but still waiting for refund!</p> <p>By the looks of other complaints it looks like ADT finances are a mess, so avoid debit orders at all cost. Serivce on the ground is good but the backend technical and admin are shambles!! Rather avoid this lot!</p>
