Waiting for appointment with technician

We had an attempted break-in on Sunday 10 April @ 14:10. I contacted adt help nr @ 14:44 to request that the technical dept contact me to arrange from them to upgrade our alarm system.

Was promised they would contact me today 11 April, still waiting!

Went on their webpage and used the contact us feature as well and was informed that I would be contacted "shortly". Still waiting!

If this is how they value their customers, then there is no hope.
