Waiting and waiting!!!
Our alarm went off just after 21h tonight. Then we noticed the front door open.....we waited for about 10minutes alarm still going crazy. NO phone call from ADT. WE then Phoned them, and again and again. I asked where the response vehicle were they rep**** we dont know they are on route. We Phoned 25minutes later again. No ADT still. The response: they have been delayd due to power failure?.....40 minutes later the vehicle eventually arrives..but we have to say very good service from the call out officer. We asked when he got the call he said only 5min ago??...we pay for this service? We put out safety in their response .....40min later?
