Very very BAD customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm am so angry with this company ADT security!!!!!!!! There is this agent VUMEKA SITHOLE from the accounts department she is so unhelpful with a very bad customer service. I was told that my account was in arrears then I made a payment in full to settle my account to be up-to-date, then this VUMEKA SITHOLE useless agent she only updated one payment instead of three payments when I ask her she told me that she made a mistake she will update it on 18 Wednesday 2024. That was two weeks ago when she promised to update my payments even now my account is not updated and this thing is messing up my profile because this agent incompetency!!!!!!
