Very Rude manager Phoned to follow up

Last week finally the area manger phoned me to follow up on the complaint wrt the adt security gaurd who attempted to push me off the road.<br> He was not very friendly and a little Smug and told me he will try and find the driver even though I provided him with the date time, area and the vehicle number on the back of the bakkie.<br> I have not received any feedback since and hope that the area manger does not phone me again as I refuse to have such a rude man talk to me as if I am less of a person than he thinks he is.
