Very Poor service

In November 2014, we requested ADT security to install the outside beams for us and they did. We paid them R35 000.00 in total. After 2 days of the beams installation we realized that some of those beams are not working and we called the technician who did the installation and he came to fix them. Shortly after that we realized that the same beams which dint work 2 days after installation are still not working and we reported them and even requested that they must change that model to be the same as the ones which are working fine but we never got help till today.<br> <br> Just before Easter holidays we still requested them to please come and fix them as we wanted to go on holiday and wanted to rely on the security we paid for, but we didn't get help and in August month I sent a mail and even called the sales person who initially came to our house to quote us but no response. It is so sad to pay R35 000.00 which you work hard for, for a service which doesn't yield the benefits. Yet this company is charging us monthly subscription
