Very poor service

Have been with ADT for 16years,then I moved house and Igave them notice that I'm canceling the contract even send back the cancelation forms they send me. To my surprise since February I'm getting calls saying I'm owing and have been handed to the lawyers, when I call them they say the lady who received my cancelation forms is no longer working for Adt,I I must forward the documents again.
