Very Poor and ***********

I recently had my premises broken into, i pay ADT R400 a month to have armed response. when the suspect triggered my alarm, i was notified about it, but the agent only arrived at my premises 23 minutes after my alarm had been triggered. in actual fact, the police had been called, the suspect was chased down, caught and arrested and taken to prison before adt had arrived at the scene, i spoke to Craig, a supervisor from ADT' call center and he stated that i will not be able to get a refund for the months i have paid. i have been paying for a service to be rendered, if i had a break in/ incident, and the service was NOT rendered, then why must i pay, this is ridiculous, i refuse to carry on with ADT if i am paying for nothing.
