VERY DISGUSTED IN THEIR SERVICE

On the 19th of December 2025, my family, (wife, daughters aged 2 and 4, and myself) were victims of a home invasion. 4 armed men came into our house. my wife barely made it out with our daughters and got safety at our neighbors house where they called SAPS and tried to get ahold of ADT. Anyways the first thing that these guys did was to destroy the ADT system. that alone should have sent a signal to their switch board that there is a problem. We never received a call from them and they never came around to check. Now in the past what they would do is call us if there was any problem with any sensor and come out the next day to replace such sensor and test the system. I still don't understand how these people are still business. I was beaten, threatened tied up. they stole everything that could be carried out. A few days later one of the neighbors called me to let me know that people had broken into our house. I called ADT to let them know. They dispatched their armed response to the address and registered a positive break in and caught i believe 5 people in my house stripping all the electrical wires, plumbing and stripping my deceased brothers car. And guess what ADT does when they find these people in the house.... They allow the people to go. just let them leave. this is unacceptible. And I still have to pay for a service that has been offline for over a month. they have not made an atempt to replace the system.
