Very disappointing service and emergency response.

On Tuesday, our company premises experienced a break-in. The alarm was triggered, and an ADT response vehicle arrived, but the security officer did not get out of the vehicle to inspect the premises or establish what was happening. The vehicle eventually left without properly checking the situation.

We then activated the emergency/panic button, but no one came to assist. We contacted ADT directly and were told that someone would get back to us, but we never received any follow-up.

For a security company, this level of response during an actual break-in is extremely concerning. We rely on ADT to respond promptly and appropriately when an alarm or emergency button is activated. Unfortunately, our experience has left us seriously questioning the reliability of the service we are paying for.

We hope ADT takes this complaint seriously and investigates what happened.
