Very disappointed with ADT Emergency Response

Called their emergency line at 5pm yest to send armed response to my house, due to a suspicious vehicle and persons parked in front of my house. My children were alone at home. I made various calls to them and armed response only arrived 35 min later. I made numerous calls to complain and still waiting for a manager or supervisor to call me back. Neither have they called me back to inform me of what happened when armed response got there. Thank goodness for my neighbours and their support. We cannot depend on ADT emergency response !!!! And that after 14 years service. Time to look for another service provider.
