Very Bad service from ADT Armed response

to who it may concern, i've been an ADT customer for a very long time, but to be honest with you ever since i moved from cape town to jhb i have ever seen such a bad service and armed reponse service from ADT, today on the 7th of January 2016 my alarm activated twice and im not getting any feedback what so ever from armed response and i work 75kms away from home. you say your ATD securities are highly trained but they cant jump a wall that a ***** jumps while caring ****** goods. All they do is to say we were in the house but we couldint gain access to the yard because of the wall. so whats the difference between jhb and cape town armed adt armed response as in cape town they could always jump my wall to check and verify that everthing is fine. what if the ***** is inside the house ? what if my wife or daughter is ***** while your response guys are standing outside? what if someone gets killed while your guys are waiting at the gate? i'm beginning to hate the ADT armed response and it is actually now proving to me what my neighbours were saying when they said ADT doesn't respond and that's why they are using CHUBB security
