Vaal ADT Security BAD SERVICE

ADT's service is pathetic, terrible, inadequate, disappointing and horrible. Last night we had an intruder at my house in Three Rivers Vereeniging we heard the footsteps outside ,I looked through the window and I saw him and pressed the panic button to scare them off. The alarm went off several times but ADT never responded, not even with a phone call but their cars are always roaming on the streets and they are always too quick to phone when you miss your monthly payment. I think I should have listened to people who warned me about ADT's URELIABILITY
