Utterly Poor Service

I am directing this to all of you and hoping that I can get answers from you. Last night we had load shedding and had an emergency incident, I pressed my panic button and I've left it on for about 2min and after I switched it off ADT called. I explained to the operator what happened and she said that she will send armed response out. ADT called at 21h25 and up until this very moment I am waiting on armed response to arrive. I am utterly dissatisfied because it wasn't the 1st time that you guys didn't come out. The sad part is that majority of the people living in Belle-Vue Estate, Eersteriver have ADT as security and I'm 110percent sure that payment gets deducted every singly month from all of us..what benefit does we as Belle-Vue community have?? NONE!! I haven't once seen you guys patrolling there - but sales and technical cars are forever doing the rounds when new residents moved in - how convenient hey. Yet whenever I drive past Zevenwacht Estate theres 2 bakkies standing there. I'm sure they paying the same money we paying per month so why is it that they get that kind of security treatment and us that actually needs it since we living in a risky area must ask but where are you guys when we need you?? Whats the use having that ADT Stickers in our complex but you guys are missing in action?? There is absolutely no excuse that armed response wasn't sent out last night - not even a follow up call to find out whats happening or if someone came to our rescue whatsoever. This is for sure not the first time I am complaining about you guys not being visible or attending to a panic button being pressed and I don't see the reason why I should even continue with ADT. R385.00 is not R3.85.. it is a lot of money for me but I consider my safety hence I signed up with you guys but it makes no sense at all because you guys are SUPER USELESS and it was yet again proven last night. So I hereby ask that you cancel my contract with immediate effect. I am sure there is a million more companies out there that will appreciate the R385.00 and actually make me see what I'm paying for. There is no way I see value for my money. I hope people think twice before actually signing up with you guys!!
