Useless Useless Useless

I called them to give me a quote. They said they'll get back to me but they never did. I phoned again. This time they sent someone out to my house to do an assessment. He said he'll send me a quote that night. It's four weeks later and I'm still waiting. I can't even get a quote out of them. Don't they want new business?
