Useless Service Provider i have come accross

I am sick and tired of complaining about one thing over and over but no one bothers to provide feedback as to what is happening or what is the way forward. I since sent email correspondence to Adt which i received auto response that a consultant will make contact with me but no one provided feedback or bothers to contact me. Last night i sent another email and even this far no one contacted me and it is clear that Adt doesn't give a damn about its customers and i am tired of complaining about something they cannot resolve. The best thing that will make things easier for both of us is for me to cancel their service because i find it useless and doesn't benefit me in any way. I hope i am not going to get a call from Adt because i have complained now and this is not the first time and what i want now is for them to terminate their service and will get a service provider who will provide me with a better service.
