Useless Service

ADT has the most appalling service ever, i contacted the in October last year to install an alarm systems and paid a deposit. they Did not install the system, and gave many stupid excuses, so in December i asked them to give me my money back. which they have been giving me excuses on till today, They always claim not to get hold of the Credit controller(Dirk Koekemoer), either no one is answering or they are on lunch. this is totally unacceptable. I would personally advise anyone not to do business with ADT. Their people are ***********.
