Useless Service

Useless Service. I again received a call this morning from a robo-caller that my alarm is going off. I cut the call so they could send somebody out. Again received a call the alarm is going off. Again I cut the call in order for them to send somebody out. This all happened just after eight this morning. I got into my car and drove to my premises at about 8:20. When I entered my premises at 8:40 I noticed the back door was forced open. I closed same, check my own premises and reset the alarm and left the house at 8:55. When I phoned the alarm company they informed me I have loadshedding and I said BS, then only did he inform me he is dispatching a guard now and I said not necessary I already checked the premises and he can stop the guard and then he asked me for my password. AGAIN I did all the work and again they just collect the premise and sit back. Useless bunch and a waste of good hard earned monies. And this is now the 3rd time this happened to me that I had to go out and check my own premises.
