Useless service

I recently moved into a new house and activated my alarm system at adt(previous owners had it installed by them) Needless to say that I had trouble with it from day 1. The techician came in twice already to fix something and everytime I have to pay. A week later, then something else goes wrong. Logged a call on thursday at the bloemfontein branch and I am still awaiting the callback I was promised. Phone the main branch just know and the technical department does not answer as well. Canceling this service tomorrow and I will demand all my money back.
