Useless security company

Thinking of alarm response se security system. Do not go anywhere near fidelity adt. They took me as their client while they saw my yard has a wall and gate but now when the alarm is triggered they just go and stand o the road and drop a paper saying "NO ACCESS" now I ask myself what will happen if there are ********* in the house and I press panic button? It means I will die while am paying them for protection, no effort to gain access. All they need is for me to leave the gate open maybe? That board in my house is just for their adverti*****t.
