Useless pieces of trash putting lives at risk

I have emails back dating to 2020 when ADT decided to send Secupro to my area. My incidents showcase their inability to attend to matters whereby I have arrived at the premises and Secupro arrived hours later. SAPS has been on site quicker. I then requested cancellation steps as I was fed up with the service and the intent to cancel was clear. I never got a response. Fastword to 2023 whereby some manager named Tom requested the email threads which were sent and again, he went radio silent after he said the emails were no longer used, not my issue when they are on the website as formal channels of communication. It is 2024 and I am being threatened with legal letters to pay after reversing unauthorised debit orders and when I call an Afrikaans lady she alluded to blacks not wanting to pay and dropped the call. What an absolutely horrific company. Your life is safer with SAPS than these over priced mediocre spamming service providers. Then after I went to the N1 City branch nd left their alarm system as a whole there they sent confirmation of cancellation TODAY only! What a **** show!
