Useless office people. Un-educated Technicians

We have an alarm system with ADT and they made us purchase a new alarm system spending nearly R7000.00 on a alarm but the new alarm system is still giving the same problems as the old alarm. I have been speaking to so many people at Adt but they promise they will send someone. after a few fights someone eventually gets there. Then they say but this equipment is faulty. They charge us for call out fees and equipment. But it doesn't solve the problem.
