Useless excuses from a company that's meant to protect our lives

<p>ADT has got to be one of the most ineffectvie operations I have ever dealt with. Our alarm goes off at 11 and they respond four hours (3pm) later due an influx of calls. What the hell is fhat? The call centre number to report a false alarm didn't work either. What kind of service is that from a company that is meant to protect our families and our lives - after three hours if it was an emergency I don't think we would be around. Honestly consider other options if you are looking for a security provider. I have better experiences with smaller operations who actually care and don't see you as a number. </p>
