Useless

Pathetic service... Useless security, there is absolutely no reason to be paying these people a monthly premium because they dont do anything. The situation I had tonight was horrible, will definitely be canceling with them and aldo encourage my family that uses ADT to do the same. WE ARE NOT SAFE WITH THEM AS OUR ARMED RESPONSE, they dont even respond when alarm is triggered.... Pathetic pathetic pathetic and just blatant ******* if you ask me... Nevermind protection from ********* getting on your property when this company just takes your money monthly and offer no service.
