If useless and pathetic was a company it would be ADT. On the 12th of December I completed an application form and made a payment of R1365.55 this is after receiving a call from Raashida from head office/call centre who sent Eric the sales rep/ consultant to do the application. Fast-forward over a month later still no connection is done, this is with numerous follow up I am just sent from pallor to post then the phone is drooped infect the call centre staff is waste of space this includes Mongezi in the Tech department. Now I want my money back and you can keep your **** services.
