Useless but Claim to be the Leading Armed response in SA What a Joke

<p>Had a Burglary a few weeks back with ADT arriving after being called out by me. Then technicians were sent out the next day to replace the battery as this was the prblem that they did not get a signal. The next morning the alarm went off twice while not even being armed...... after a struggle got a new technician out he was rude and also didn't seem to have a clue a good few hours later payment was demanded....... Well eventually got that sorted and all tested okay. Low and behold the alarm went off by accident last night again and I eventually phoned them to find out if they had recieved a signal....... HEHEHE we all know the answer to that one. I am still waiting for a manager to have the decency to return my call. Stay away from this company as they have no clue what they are doing and aren't interested in customer care. DO you really want a company like this protecting your life?? I think not I will be changing over to a new company ASAP.</p>
