Useless at paying attention to what ex-customer says,

After we moved from old house, the new tenants kept making alarm go off everynight even after showed them how to switch it off, I aslo told them they need to take control of the account, as you can imagine they refused to do so. So this kept increasing the account. 2 years later we kept called repeadely about an outstanding account, we had no warning emails, or invoices. Eventually they said they understand the situation and will handle it. Today we get an email saying we handed over to a credit collection agency.

They are the worst company hungry for money

Let me not mention, well I will, that they even lost my dog one night, and all security guy did was apologize. Luckily my dog managed to find her way back home. All they did was call to say how sorry they were, and if she returned yet. If she hadn't how would that have solved the emotional trauma that it would of entailed.

O yes, and multiple times when alarm went off they would come "look at the place" and leave a note saying "Could not get access to house, looks fine". Why were we paying them
