Useless and poor service

Alarm system not working when armed and is going off on its own unnecessarily. When trying to log a complaint one agent drop the call the minute I mentioned I have a problem with the alarm system , when trying to call again no is attending to the call . Please help me to cancel the contract as it is useless and I'm paying for nothing and I want my refund back as this system never worked from the day of installation. Thank you
