Useless and *********** - DONT USE ADT

<p>Was handed over to Debtsource. Cancelled contract to ADT in 2014 due to poor service. They want R1700 for what? For service they have not supp**** to me in over 2 years. Have numerous ticket receipts informing ADT in writting of the cancellation. Not once have they even contacted me!!! Even gone so far as to have placed the cancellation on Hellopeter in 2014 and 2015. Still no acknowledgement of the cancellation. What amazes me they lack to realise they have not received so much as an alarm activation on my premesis for 2 years..but they notice when I have stopped payment on that account! Disgusting and *********!!!! I have contacted the Debt Council in Cape Town to report your business practice as well as Debtsource. My good name is not going to be pulled through the mud by your unsavoury business practices.</p>
