Useless alarm system mxm

Kindly note that I will be reversing the monthly debit order for the services rendered as I have been in contact with you for over 2 weeks complaining about my alarm system that it isn't working. The fact that I am the one who has to call on a daily business is ****pie. I will go look for better service elsewhere. When I was signing up you guys were calling me like crazy, now that I have an issue you don't bother returning my calls. I am well aware that I signed a contract but I will fight it as no services are being rendered!!!!!
