Useless Alarm system

My experience for the past few months with this system is appalling to say the least. Every month I am told I have reached my 6 responses and I am charged extra money. Meanwhile I am not getting any calls from ADT through my phone. I am told my number is constantly busy or my phone is off which that is not true. I have cleared my blocklist and contacted my service provider and they assured me that there is no way they block numbers on my behalf. I have contacted the technical team is East London to no assistance. My life is at risk with a new born at home, this alarm system is useless, cause there no response coming through my side, but all they do is charge me extra money . I tried to dispute this and requested a refund, still there is no assistance whatsoever, but empty promises.
