Useless ADT Fidelity Security PMB

Worst Security company in Pietermaritzburg, I have sent 5 emails requesting a technician for a,faulty alarm , not one reply.

And to think they a top company and cant see there an issue as the alarm goes off 5 times a day.

When speaking to the Call centre agent she Rudely cut me off , nothing new. The Management could give e a damn especially for old people, considering. Y dads 85years old.

It would be Best that all people in Pietermaritzburg abandone ADT Fidelity Security as they are useless from my point of view.
