Useless

On 4 August I was phoned by Anthea from your Customer Services division. A courtesy call. We mentioned to her that we never see patrol cars in our area. She also offered new sign boards. Then your team came around and dumped the signboards on the floor at our front door! I called her back and complained and she said she would get the team to come and put them up. Next day I had a call from your head office, told them the same thing. It is a week later and the sign boards are still lying on the ground and we haven't seen a patrol vehicle yet!
