useless

My alarm started giving problems yesterday. Called adt and was told technical would be out and they would call back. As to be expected nobody did. I called again three more times and was told it would be sorted. Nothing was done and nor did i get called back. Called again today ad was told that i was lying as no record was shown. I told them to remove their system as they were too useless to do anything. I was rudely told they would and they slammed the phone down. I called them again later as the idiotic alarm wouldnt stop beeping. Was first told that the lady who deals with it was out and would call back. Big surprise this never happenef. Called again and was told technical had come home and i must call tomorrow. Brilliant service. I pay adt for security and they are too useless and *********** to do anything. Call centre staff are rude and pathetic. Worst bunch i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Pathetic
