USELESS
no one at ADT knows what is happening, signals are incorrectly transmitted, call centre does not even know who is responsible for what!, awaiting a buffer report for nearly 2 weeks. All I hear is Logan Naidoo will contact me...... then he is supposedly not working there anymore.... no access reports, when ADT installed a pedestrian gate lock AND have the key...... BAD BAD BAD... never will I ever recommend ADT to ANYONE! lodge a complaint at the Ombudsman. <br> <br> <br>
