Useless ******

I called ADT Security in January to cancel their services, I was told to write an email to cancel, I did that, I got a call from an agent tobask why I was cancelling, was told to pay outstanding payments, debit orders were going off, received an sms in February, that my subscription was canceled and a debit still went off for the month of February. Last March another debit order of R 1179 went off, but subscription was canceled, called in and no one could explain why i was debited, im being sent from pillar to post, and was promised that someone would call me, no one has called, poor service, i regret taking your useless alarm services, and i will tell all my neighbours about your poor services. I WANT MY MONEY!! YOU ****** ******
