ADT at it again. 1st call for alarm activation, 13:22, 2nd call 13:37 feedback that everything is ok, then followed by many other calls telling me the same thing that my alarm went off 13:39, 14:05, 14:23, 14:37. I’m really fed up with ADT not knowing how to protect our properties. Why should they ask me what they need to do. If I tell you that I’m not at home why do you force me to cancel the alarm. Last month they did the same and charged me R114 for excessive responses, not they are playing the same game again. If they think I going to pay all this fined then they are mistaken I’m not paying a cent. The last time I tested my alarm all the zones recorded as zone 1. ADT was informed about this but did nothing about it. The system might be faulty due to poor installation. Now as I’m typing (at 14:51) a girl called Melisa call to let me know that they are receiving an alarm. One thing I noticed ADT will send you an sms asking you to call them to test your alarm and the next this you get this calls that you are not even sure the alarm indeed went off. I very surprised because I always arm my system even if I’m home and only bypass the zones in my lounge and kitchen door but I never have this problem. The other issue is why my alarm is going off at the same time always. ADT is somehow involved in this. Is about time I shop around for new security company. I’m stop my payments until someone sort this matter out.
