Urgent Query

On Saturday 05 December 2021 around 13:30, alarm went off on different zones in my premise. i got a call from the alarm people asking if i was home and i advised them that i am not at the premise as we were doing our monthly errands with my wife. We were also receiving calls from our neighbours notifying us of the alarm, we had to drive from where we were to attend to this incident. When we got to site, other security company was there (panic button was pressed by my neighbour who Is using that security company) and obviously my neighbours were also on site. What does not sit well with me is that we see ADT roaming along longacres drive and they don’t get to attend to my alarm? I was told another team was being dispatched, a security company Vault from merebank? if this was a life-threatening situation, what would have happened? It took over 30mins for Volt to attend to us on Saturday and 30mins a lot can be done by burglars. I am less thn a minute or less thn 1KM from longacres drive and I do not get assistance directly from ADT and my area does not get patrolled. What exactly am I paying for here? This is a safety hazard; I need to be under ADT who is closer to my premise and will need shift patrols from them
